Please NOTE: All orders with a value of £20 or more will be sent by either Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 depending on whether you choose First or Second class postage at the checkout. This is now required by Royal Mail for compensation purposes.
By placing an order for a Tracked 24 or 48 delivery, you agree to me sending your email address to Royal Mail so they can contact you for the purpose of tracking ONLY.
Please also NOTE: All but the cheapest orders will be sent by Royal Mail's small parcel service as this is required for the bulky nature of my doll's clothes, whilst also allowing for the weight and value to be factored in. There are, however one or two exceptions to this whereby the item is not bulky but its value sends it into the next postage price category (in particular- orders for single doll's pram sheets).
Currently I cannot charge postage for these items seperately, so in any instance where a single item is purchased which can be sent by Royal Mail's large letter service but which falls under the small parcel price bracket, a refund will be made for any excess postage paid.
Delivery Times
READY TO POST ITEMS -
I have a good stock of nappies, bedding and an increasing number of outfits already made up and ready for posting in my Ready to Post category. Any orders comprising of only these items will be sent out within two days of me receiving your order, most often these will be sent out on the next posting day, ie. Monday to Saturday.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS -
As most of my items are handmade after I receive your order, delivery times for orders which are not entirely made up of items which are ready to post will vary- generally though please allow up to two weeks for your items to reach you. In the event of a longer turnaround time I'll do my best to email you and give you an idea of how long you can expect to wait- please feel free to get in touch though if you want to know where your order has got to! I'll send you a dispatch email in any case once your order has been sent out, so that you know roughly when to look out for it.
At very busy times, such as during school holidays or at Christmas, there may be a longer delay but I'll explain this when you order if applicable, and if I'm not buried under a pile of sewing!
REQUESTED DEADLINES -
If you have a particular deadline to meet, eg. a birthday, please email me first with the date and what you'd like to order and I'll let you know if I can get the items to you in time. I will always do everything I can to prioritise and get these to you.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any aspect of your order once you have received it, then please email me in the first instance to discuss the problem, and to arrange returns and refunds if required.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to return any item to me, in an unused and re-saleable condition (unless faulty), within 14 days of receiving your order from me, or to cancel your order at any time before I have sent it out to you. Any return costs will be paid by you.
In the extremely unlikely event that you are seriously unhappy with the service I have provided you with, and that you have not been able to resolve your issue by contacting me direct, then under the regulations you have the right to use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
Obviously I hope this will never be the case!

Email enquiries will always be responded to, but as I work the business around my family they may not be answered immediately, especially at busy times or during school holidays- so please be patient!
