Little Dolly Clothes Shop
As a mother of four daughters, (as well as two sons) sewing has become somewhat of a passion for me. There always seems to be some reason to make a dress or some event to make a costume for.
Along with daughters come dolls, and along with dolls comes the want for clothes to dress them in.
Putting together my love for my children with my love for sewing, I developed a simple design for a dress for their baby dolls, which they were able to put on and take off by themselves without constantly needing my help.
Realising that this was something that I both enjoyed doing, and was relatively good at, I further developed the design to include other outfits still in the same simple style.
Taking things another step forward, the Little Dolly Clothes Shop was born to enable me to provide all those other little 'mummies' of Baby Born, Baby Annabell etc. with simple easy to use handmade clothes for their babies.
Each outfit is handmade by me to order, and is made from good quality, new fabric.
All clothes are made to a high standard, raw edges are oversewn to minimise fraying, hems are double folded, and poppers are securely sewn.
Although I take every care to make the clothes as safe as possible, please inspect them regularly for loose cottons or poppers, especially where younger children are concerned.
